Ar De Arte
Spain (Spain)
True to their philosophy, Ar de Arte guarantees the Galician origin of these xoubiñas (small sardines), always starting from a fresh and selected product. The size of the sardine is essential, choosing the smallest that the law allows to fish in their rivers.
The processing begins with the cleaning of the sardines using sea water, prior to a light toasting that will give it that colour and texture characteristic of their brand.
Finally, they are gutted, the best pieces are selected and packed by hand one by one. Olive oil finishes a unique presentation in each can.
The design of the packaging is by Galician artist Fernando Rei.
