"Disgorged in July 2019 with 5.5 grams per liter dosage, the NV Brut Grande Réserve is based on the 2016 vintage, complemented by around one-third reserve wines from a solera started in 1998. Much like a somewhat earlier disgorgement of the same tirage that I reviewed last year, it's showing very well, wafting from the glass with notes of pear, mandarin oil, elderflower, smoke and honeycomb. Medium to full-bodied, elegantly fleshy and precise, with a perfumed core of fruit, lively acids and a pearly mousse, it's beautifully seamless and elegant."

If you are a Champagne lover – we're sure you have heard the rumours and yes, they are true. There is in fact a Champagne shortage in our market that will last until past the holidays. Don’t worry though – we saw this coming and have been working tirelessly with some of the greatest small estate in champagne to ensure we never run dry.
For the first time ever we are offering what has been an insider favourite for half a decade. Jérome Dehours makes spellbinding Champagnes... While you may not know his name, he has taken the US sommelier scene by storm, he has been touted as a rising star, with Forbes recognizing his label as “The Best Champagne You've Never Heard Of.” As such, today’s “Grande Réserve” is the only way to properly introduce you to this much-buzzed-about sensation.
Since 1996, Jérome Dehours has given life back to this beautiful 14 hectare estate in the Marne Valley in Champagne. Utilizing a solera system (a battery of barrels containing aged wines dating to 1998) for the backbone of today’s blend, Dehours delivers a level of complexity and depth rarely seen at this price point. His wines are respectful of the rich and bold flavours of the Pinot Meunier with a vibrant energy the result of a low dosage from brut to extra brut cuvées. The wines are matured in old oak barrels to compliment their complexity and matured for an extensive time for a minimum of four years in the deep cellar.
"My favorite was the Grand Reserve Brut NV. At $60 USD, and compared to the dozens of generic, nondescript, non-vintage offerings from the big houses, this wine is a wonder, a revelation.” - Nick Passmore, Forbes Magazine
We are certain Dehours’ “Grande Réserve” will elevate your game with its generous texture, vigorous mineral footprint, and stunning clarity, so we highly recommend you snag whatever allocation you can—quantities won’t last! These are the last cases.
