Chateau Brondelle Blanc shows a bright straw yellow colour, with a vibrant nose of gooseberries and candy fruits, plus some softer grassy notes. The palate is dry and well-balanced by crisp acidity, medium-bodied, with ripe fruit and an overall impression of spring freshness.

The Producer
Château Brondelle
Château Brondelle is located 2 km from the center of Langon. Jean-Noël Belloc welcomes you (by appointment) and tells you the story of this 'beautiful place' (meaning of 'Belloc' in Gascon). In previous days, this would have belonged to the lordship of the neighbouring Château de Roquetaillade. Through marriage, Château Brondelle was brought to the Bellocs, an old Bazas family whose ancestors were winegrowers in Sauternes. The 45 hectares of Château Brondelle are divided between the Bordeaux and Bordeaux Supérieur appellations, Graves and Sauternes.
