"Made from vines planted in the 1960s, this Soave offers a captivating blend of rounder and riper fruits. The nose presents aromas of warmed apple slices intertwined with intriguing notes of stone and smoke. Ripe flowers—particularly heady jasmine—add dimension to the aromatic profile. The palate is dominated by an abundance of orchard fruits with a texture that grips and soothes the palate at the same time, finishing with a distinct sea-salt minerality. "
