Tasting notes:
- Aroma: Cereal grains and bread dough with a hint of woody and earthy tones
- Appearance: Crystal clear deep gold
- Taste: Notes of caramel, liquorice, almond, mild bitterness, light baked bread, fruity esters.
- Mouthfeel: Refreshing, crisp and smooth. Infused with Scandinavian Angelica Root, renowned for its restorative properties and once said to be the currency of Vikings.
- Overall: Pleasant bitterness upfront with a subtle bread character backing flavour. Very slight herbaceous tone in the background with a hint of sweetness. Medium body is notable.
