Situated in Telavi, in the village of Tsinandali, Rtvelisi is a winery established by a group of friends who have been cultivating vineyards in Kakheti for many years. Engaged in the art of viticulture and winemaking, Rtvelisi's roots trace back to 1920. During this era, the ancestral cellar underwent renovations under the stewardship of a company passed down through generations.
Today, the cellar serves as the hub for crafting Qvevri wine by Rtvelisi. Spanning 100 hectares of land, Rtvelisi not only cultivates its own vineyards but also procures grapes from local village growers.
It's important to remember that taste is subjective, and personal preferences play a significant role.
