"The 2015 Rheingau Riesling Trocken Kostheim Weiss Erd VDP Grosse Lage opens with a clear, bright and deep, citrus-flavored bouquet with limestone flavors. Full-bodied, intense and piquant on the palate, this is a rich, round and silky textured, very elegant, dry Riesling. The wine is in balance, and has a long and expressive finish. There is mouthwatering salinity in the finish, but also a still somewhat stringent grip. Keep this excellent cru for a year or two before you start enjoying it for ten years."
