"A very precise and elegant natural wine – no added sulphites, no clarification and no filtration... Fresh and lively, the wine offers ripe citrus aromas, a touch of chamomile and white peach. Appealing palate weight from a little work on lees, the wine finishes with deliciously mouth-watering acidity. 2024-26"

The Aroa project began in 1998 with the planting of the vineyards, and the first vintage came from the 2009 harvest.
Aroa promotes sustainability and making the most of the natural resources. They have two underground floors with natural air conditioning and sunlight throughout the day. Aroa's winemaking is carried out in small tanks, separating the different plots, always with spontaneous fermentations using native yeasts.
The wine is produced with as little intervention as possible and with minimal disturbance to the environment. The winemakers are dedicated to give back to the land everything that it contributes to Aroa Bodegas in a natural and generous way, maintaining the balance of the environment.
It's important to remember that taste is subjective, and personal preferences play a significant role.
