How can you join?
Only registered customers are eligible, and membership is free! If you are an existing customer you will earn Loyalty points automatically once you login to your customer account and make a purchase. How do you earn Loyalty Reward Points?
1. Login to your customer account or register as a customer.
2. For every $1 you spend (shipping excluded) you will automatically earn 1 WineOnline Loyalty Reward Point.
3. Your Loyalty Reward Points balance will be confirmed when checking out.
4. Your Loyalty Reward Points balance will also be printed on your invoice receipt.
5. Your Loyalty Reward Points will be deposited into your account 7 days after your purchase (point earning validation time).

How do you spend your Loyalty Reward Points? Once you have accumulated Loyalty Reward Points it’s time to redeem them for WineOnline Accessories & Gourmet Food!
If you wish to use your Loyalty Reward Points to purchase WineOnline Acessories, you will enter the number of points you wish to use at the space provided in your shopping cart and you will receive a discount amount for the Loyalty Reward Points redeemed, which will be subtracted from your total shopping cart subtotal on applicable items.
Once you use your Loyalty Reward Points towards a purchase, you will not receive any new Loyalty Reward Points on that order. Any Loyalty Reward Points that are earned on a purchase can only be used on future purchase, they cannot be applied to your current purchase.

- Loyalty Reward Points do not expire.
- Loyalty Reward Points cannot be applied towards the purchase of alcohol products.
- Loyalty Reward Points cannot be applied towards shipping.
- Loyalty Reward Points cannot be transferred to another party.
- Loyalty Reward Points cannot be used with other discounts or offers.
- Loyalty Reward points have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash.
- Loyalty Reward Points cannot be assigned, exchanged, purchased or given by gift. Loyalty Points cannot be sold, traded, bartered, rented or otherwise disposed of. Loyalty Reward Points are void if sold for cash or any other consideration.
- Loyalty Reward Points will be deposited into your customer account the same day your order ships.
- Loyalty Reward Points are only accumulated on shipped orders.
- If you return, exchange or cancel any part of your order you will not receive Loyalty Reward Points for the item(s) cancelled, returned or exchanged.
- Once you have accumulated a minimum of 1,000 Loyalty Points it’s time to redeem them for WineOnline Accessories & Gourmet Food!
