The Producer

Lake Wilcox Brewing Co.

Lake Wilcox Brewing Co. is situated right in the center of Vaughan, conveniently close to Vaughan Mills. The brewery features a 2,000 sq ft retail and taproom space that provides a clear view into the brewing area. This setup allows craft beer enthusiasts to savour beer flights while observing the brewers in action. The beers are crafted on-site in our 6,500 sq ft production area, which houses a 20hl (2,000-liter) brewhouse. Additionally, we use a 2hl (200-liter) pilot system to brew seasonal offerings.
