Tasting Notes
The balanced content of B5 is essential in flowering. It helps to flower evenly and the berries are small and of uniform size, which contributes to a very good polyphenolic maturity (color and tannins). In the case of Malbec, this translates into wines with a very deep violet color and a sweet mouthfeel (due to the tannic maturity).
