Tasting Notes

This aromatic white begins with notes of fresh pineapple, white peaches, fresh herbs, honeysuckle, and elderflower. The palate bursts with white peach, cantaloupe, Cape gooseberry and green apple, underscored by a ripe, herbal backbone. A long citrus and mineral finish, with refreshing acidity and a creamy mouth-feel linger through the finish. Vegan-friendly and Certified Sustainable!
