The Domaine de Suremain is a seven-generation-old Burgundian family property. Its 18-hectare estate is planted with single varietal Pinot Noir for the Mercurey Rouge appellations and Chardonnay varietals for the Mercurey Blancs. The vine is worked to preserve the natural environment as much as possible. The harvest is done by hand and the vinification is carried out vintage by vintage.
All their appellations are aged in barrels for one year: Mercurey and Mercurey 1er Crus Les Crêts, Les Croichots, Clos l'Evêque, La Bondue, En Sazenay; and Mercurey Blancs En Sazenay.
It's important to remember that taste is subjective, and personal preferences play a significant role.
