With a brand new year comes a fresh lineup of wine dinners, and to launch the 2025 dinner series, we've got something extra special planned. On February 26 at the Vintage Conservatory Yorkville we will taste through some of the best Chianti Classico has to offer with one of its preeminent winemakers! Marco Ricasoli Firidolfi of iconic Rocca di Montegrossi will guide us through a tutored tasting of a few of his most incredible modern vintages paired with a sumptuous four course traditional Tuscan dinner. Come join us for an evening of incredible wine, dazzling food, and great company!

Rocca de Montegrossi is a Tuscan superstar producing some of the greatest wines in Chianti. Located in Monti in Chianti Classico, well recognized as one of the best areas in the region, and produced by Marco, himself a member of the founding family of Tuscany, they have a long record of producing some of the region's top wines (more on that below). Marco is somewhat enigmatic, preferring to spend his days in the vineyard and cellar honing his craft, remaining away from the crowds, marking this rare appearance by him an exceptional occasion, surely not to be missed!

To pair with these wines, the chefs at the Vintage Conservatory have created a classic four course menu that pairs with each flight. The team at the Vintage Conservatory have created the greatest wine club in the city, and we look forward to showing you why!
