An incredible dinner and guided tasting with 7 Burgundian wines with a champagne reception featuring the wines of Thomas Morey and Nicolas Rossignol. We've partnered the folks at Dymon Wine Cellar along with Masterchef Didier Leroy to create an exquisite menu to be paired with these luxurious Burgundian wines. We will taste a wide array of wines (listed below), paired with each dish (classic French cuisine), but more importantly you’ll get the opportunity to dine and discuss the wines with our Sommeliers.
Thomas Morey is rarely seen outside of his vines or cellar and this a reflection of his tireless dedication to his craft, and a key to the stellar quality of his wines. His skills as a viticulturist have made him the most sought after consultant in the Cote de Beaune, and led to him being employed by the Domaine de la Romanée-Conti to look after their vines in Le Montrachet Grand Cru. The Morey family has been synonymous with Chassagne Montrachet for over a century, and has produced most of the top tier domaines in the village.
Nicolas Rossignol is all about meticulous, sustainable viticulture and a resolutely natural, whole-cluster, small-batch production. It’s the same kind of rapturous devotion to “site” and “elegance” you see at the true benchmarks of Burgundy, and why Nicolas—as The Wine Advocate’s William Kelley says “Nicolas Rossignol numbers among the Côte de Beaune's most serious producers.”
