Maxime Cheurlin Noellat is grandson of Georges Noellat and related to both Emmanuel Rouget and Henri Jayer, so he has impeccable breeding! He learned his winemaking trade chez Emmanuel Rouget and is one of the rising stars of Burgundy. He has been highly acclaimed by many of the world’s top press including Neil Martin, who is one of his biggest fans. The Damodes is extremely fine, precise and complex; perfumed, with wonderfully silky texture. It is a wine you could drink immediately but which will gain in complexity over the coming 5-10 years.
