Tasting Notes
This Cabernet is grown on organically managed, old vines (roughly 40 to 90 years old) at 945 meters above sea level. Expect chocolate and baking spices, violets, leather and vanilla swirled with lush wild berry and roasted red pepper aromas. The palate is equally plush and ripe with a supple character and smooth tannins.
