The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Paso Robles shows just how appealing the vintage is. Aging in steel and bottling early brings out the aromatic, juicy side of Cabernet. The 2018 is not exactly complex, but it is absolutely delicious. It will make a terrific house pour over the next few years.
