Deep purple color. Roasted aromas and flavors of chocolate coconut macaroon, honeycomb and peach tapioca, roasted nuts, and toasted cedar plank with a silky, bright, dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a tingling, interesting, medium-long finish that shows notes of dark chocolate mousse, creme brulee, and ground nuts with fine, chewy tannins and a suggestion of oak flavor. A spot on petite sirah with great flavor and finesse."
