Tasting Notes
Straw yellow in colour with a rich nose. Fruit aromas of pear and banana compliment floral acacia aromas. Dry on the palate, medium bodied with a fresh finish.
A classic wine with fish. It is also an excellent partner for soups, charcuterie and grilled white meats.
The vineyards are situation in Northern Italy, surrounded by the Dolomites. The continental climate and range in temperature between day and night leads to the production of grapes with crisp, fruity aromas and flavours.
