Hand-picked, hand-sorted, small batch ferment; no detail was spared when crafting our first Pinot Noir Rosé since 2016. True to the 2021 vintage, the wine portrays bright red fruit flavours paired perfectly with balanced acidity and a beautiful light salmon hue. The foundation for great wine is built from the geologically diverse, ancient limestone soil upon which our exceptional winery stands. The wines of the Foundation Series are classically fruit-driven and varietal-focused, each enhanced by the unmistakeable traits of our vineyards. The wines are sustainably made with great care and precision in our five-level gravity-flow production facility.
