Tasting Notes

Polloni Spumante distinguishes itself with a beautiful creamy mousse and a lovely nose with hints of citrus, peach, apple and notes of white flowers. Soft and creamy on the palate with great freshness and balance. While this would make a lovely aperitif, it has more than enough character to accompany grilled fish and fruit desserts.
