+1-877-714-WINE(9463) (Toll free phone)Pale straw-yellow in color, elegant and crisp with intense exotic fruit aromas. Grapefruit, gooseberry and wild herbs intermingle on the nose with ample citrus fruit on the palate. This wine has a generous weight, round and in perfect balance. This wine is perfect to drink by itself or pair it with seafood, chicken, fresh salads and/or cheeses.
"Very pretty nose here, and very ripe wine underneath, with excellent depth and concentration in the price category. This is considerably richer and more flavourful than one might expect from the appellation; wood is not a flavour factor but there's a creaminess and generosity that would suggest some barrel ageing. Grapefruit meets tangerines and pears, peaches and apricots in syrup. Very good length."
