Account Deactivation

Users have the option to delete their account directly through the WineOnline App by clicking on the "Delete Account" button. By choosing this option, users understand and acknowledge that all their account information, including but not limited to personal data and transaction history, will be permanently removed from our system.

Additionally, users may formally request the deletion of their account by sending an email to service@wineonline.ca or call 1-877-714-WINE(9463). Upon receipt of such a request, WineOnline will process the deletion within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal or regulatory obligations that may require the retention of certain information for a specified period.

It is important to note that deleting your account may result in the loss of access to certain features and services offered by WineOnline. Furthermore, any outstanding obligations or liabilities incurred prior to the deletion of the account shall remain the responsibility of the user.

WineOnline reserves the right to retain certain account information for legitimate business purposes, including but not limited to compliance with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements.
