"The 2013 Puligny-Montrachet les Referts 1er Cru, like the Perrières, is more reticent and austere on the nose than the Champ Canet, but there are some lovely granitic scents coming through. The palate is very linear, quite spicy and long, building gradually to the complex finish with touches of lemongrass and Thai fish oil. Wonderful."
