Tasting Notes

The wine has a lovely bright yellow colour and a fresh, fruity nose with mineral notes. On the palate, there's a lovely freshness underpinned by a subtle minerality, followed by the delicious juiciness of the flesh punctuated by a saline finish. Jacqueline and Matthieu believe that this appellation reaches its peak after 7 years' ageing in the cellar, but this bottle can also be enjoyed easily in its early years.
