100% Chardonnay from our Queenston Road Vineyard on the St. David’s bench. Honeysuckle, butterscotch oak, lemon drop flavours, nutty lees complexity and a lusciously full-bodied textural experience. Oh, and a dose of Niagara minerality, too.
