Tasting Notes
Unfermented Chardonnay juice is fortified with plum spirits. A nose of mineral, fresh honey, plum and candied tangerine peel. Very well balanced on the palate with flavours of hazelnut, creme brulee and caramel. Aged in French oak for 16 months. Delicious!
