The 2019 Ressac is the first Cabernet Franc to spring out of our Redfoot vineyard - and completely unlike in character from any of our previous Cabernet Francs. It's a romantic and alluring wine that soars out of the glass in waves of silken red fruits and sweet spice. Its palate is a velvet caress of middle-eastern flavours that wraps around you with inevitability and the enigmatic mystique of a siren song.
2019 Ressac is made with 100% Cabernet Franc from our Redfoot Vineyard in Lincoln Lakeshore appellation. Fermentation by indigenous yeast proceeded steadily and comple ted by mid December. The wine was aged in one old oak demi muids without any racking for a total of 17 months.

A blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, this is our first Meritage blend. It is an aromatic wine combining the Cabernets' spice with round aromas of dark fruit. The palate is meaty, but firm; it’s full of energy, yet it brims with dark red fruit you can bite in and remains positively vibrant. The density of flavours permeating the mouth is unmistakable and the finish is spicy, bright and invigorating.
2019 Va et Vient is a blend of 48% Cabernet Franc (Home Farm Vineyard), 39% Cabernet Sauvignon (Redfoot Vineyard) and 13% Merlot (Redfoot Vineyard).
All three grapes were processed as 100% destemmed fruit and fermented in a combination of large concrete tanks and oak vats. Fermentations by indigenous yeast proceeded steadily and completed by mid December 2019. The wines aged separately in their fermentation vessels on lees and without racking until March 2020 when they were blended and left to age for an additional two months. 2019 Va et Vient was bottled unfiltered and un fined on May 19 th 2020.

A sunbeam of a wine - invigorating, yet fluid and sensual. It's zesty and focused. Translucent fruit and salinity interweave throughout the body of this (completely dry) Riesling asking further questions about the true nature of this grape in Niagara. A diaphanous creature that glimmers with gentleness and carefree attitude, while nonetheless surprising you with its staying power and the length of pure fruit on the finish.
2019 Oxyde is 100% Riesling from Redfoot Vineyard in Lincoln Lakeshore. It was harvested on October 15 th 2019 and entered the press as 100% whole bunches. Fermentation by indigenous yeast proceeded slowly and steadily in a combination old foudres ( and concrete ( without any temperature control or sulphur additions. The wine was aged in its fermentation vessels on primary lees without any racking for a total of 16 months, when it was moved to stainless steel tanks for 2 months of cold settling. 2019 Oxyde wa s bottled unfiltered and un fined on May 17th, 2021.

The 2019 Flammerole is 100% Chardonnay from our Redfoot vineyard, fermented and aged in neutral oak barrels and demi-muids for 18 months. It's beautifully-perfumed and open with aromatics of both zesty fruit and fresh florality. The palate is smooth and rich, but quite bright and vibrant at the same time.
2019 Flammerole is 100% Chardonnay from our Redfoot vineyard in Lincoln Lakeshore appellation. The fruit was harvested on October 12th, 2019 and after careful sorting, it entered the press as 100% whole clusters. Fermentation proceeded steadily in a combination of old fo udre and barrels, including 5.2% new oak. It completed by early 2020 and the wine continued to age in its fermentation vessels on primary lees for a total of 18 months. 2019 Flammerole was bottled unfiltered and unfined on May 17th.
