"Vignole's 2019 Chianti Classico is a big, dramatic wine. Succulent dark cherry, mocha, licorice, leather and chocolate give the 2019 its opulent personality. Although not subtle, the 2019 offers tons of immediacy and punch. All the elements are so well balanced."

Tenuta di Vignole

Tenuta Vignole inhabits roughly twenty hectares of soil just outside of the town of Panzano, in the heart of Chianti Classico territory. The winery has roots dating back to the fifteenth century, but the current stewards are the Nistiri family who have been in the business of wine since 1865. The region earned its name (the Conca d’Oro, or the “golden bowl”) for the outstanding quality of the wines produced. Vines grow on hillsides exposed to the south-east and south-west at 300 metres above sea level.
