Tasting Notes
A spectrum of fruit: from delicate perfumed cherry to a deeper cassis, intermingled with
pencil shavings and savoury dried herbs, black licorice too, and an earthy undertone of good
Niagara dirt. Plush in the mouth with fine rounded tannin providing a backstop to the fruit
and a hint of dark chocolate just before the long earthy finish. Best 2018-2023.
