Return Process:
Contact our customer service team at service@wineonline.ca / 1-877-714-WINE(9463) to initiate the return process.
Pack the item securely in the original packaging.
Clearly mark the return address provided by our customer service team on the outside of the package.
Refund Options:
Store Credit: Once the returned items are received and inspected, a store credit will be issued. This credit can be used for future purchases on our website.
Exchange: If you prefer, we can arrange for an exchange of the product for an alternative item that better suits your preferences.
Return Shipping:
