"There is enough reduction to hide the fruit but not so much as to completely mask the natural spiciness of a fine RSV. The delineated medium weight flavors possess a silky mid-palate though there is plenty of punch to the concentrated, intense, balanced and highly complex finish that delivers outstanding length where a hint of bitter cherry appears. This classy effort is really lovely and exceptionally stylish."
