Tasting Notes

This wine is light yellow with pale gold reflections. The nose is exceptionally lively and fresh with notes of citrus fruits and aromatics. On the palate, you will find grapefruit then basil; finally comes freshness and a touch of acidity that ends with a nice minerality.

The Producer

Dominique Cornin

Dominique Cornin founded his estate in 1993 on 12 hectares of land overlooking the villages of Chaintré, Fuissé, and Chanes in the Burgundy region of France. The vineyards have been certified organic since 2003 and are farmed using biodynamic practices. Dominique’s son Romain now leads operations and under him, the estate continues to craft wine guided by a philosophy that ensures each of their vineyards is given the best possible chance to express the terroir of its unique microclimates and soils. The result is a collection of wines with purity and elegance that possess a true sense of place.
