Pascal Reverdy produces an ultra-precise, concentrated Sancerre. The same strata of Kimmeridgian chalk that gives Chablis its classic zip surfaces in the Reverdy`s village, Maimbray. A precise and balanced Sancerre, with the expression of the fruit and a nice minerality. The attack is crunchy with notes of citrus fruits and sweet spices, the mid-palate has a nice fatness. Beautiful expression of Sancerre, unvarnished and at a very good price/quality ratio!

Pascal Reverdy, along with his wife Nathalie, sister-in-law Sophie (widow of Nicolas), and their son Victorien, manage the family estate located in the village of Maimbray.
The brothers initiated the domaine in 1993, having previously worked alongside their father in the family vineyards. Victorien joined the team in 2019 after completing his DNO at Dijon, gaining experience at renowned places like Armand Rousseau (Gevrey-Chambertin), Châteaux Léoville Las Cases (St Julien Beychevelle), and with Christine Vernay (Condrieu). Benjamin, the younger son of Pascal and Nathalie, currently works at Domaine de la Romanée Conti in Vosne-Romanée but frequently returns to assist at the family domaine.
The estate cultivates approximately 17.5 hectares, with around 70% dedicated to Sauvignon Blanc and 30% to Pinot Noir. Rigorous pruning is employed to maintain low yields, and the vineyards are grassed, following a lutte raisonnée approach. Harvesting is carried out by hand.
The domaine produces white, red, and rosé Sancerre, all without oak aging. Additionally, they craft three special cuvées (Les Anges Lots, La Grande Rue, and A Nicolas), which undergo barrel aging.
