Tasting Notes

It has an intense purple colour on the glass. On the nose, it delivers pronounced notes of ripe dark fruit, hints of spices and some floral notes. The mouth is juicy, with no sharp edges, soft tannins and a really nice acidity. It is a very easy-drinking and uncomplicated Primitivo.

Today Cantine Paradiso, utilizes cutting-edge technologies in their production methods while still respecting the tradition of three generations of winemakers. Staying true to their traditional roots, this wine is an expression of Puglia’s rich history, terroir and food culture.
