After a first life spent between California and New Zealand, Aurélia and Étienne Moly settled in Saumur with their two children to experience the winemaking adventure. The couple learned the techniques from the Guiberteau family, pioneers of organic viticulture, before launching Domaine Moly for themselves.
2021 was a extremely successful vintage for high quality Loire whites. For lovers of great Chenins de Loire this vintage will not leave you wanting. All the stunning notes of a beautiful Chenin are present between mirabelle plum and lemon verbena The palate is concetrated with generous fruitiness, noble richness and a youthful toastiness. There is a rare accuracy in the balance of this wine. Everything is there, tension, minerality, richness of fruit and length in the mouth, a true gem!
