Bottle Per Case : 12 x 750 ml
Food Pairing : Breads, Cured Meat, Rich Fish, Soft Cheese, White Meat
Bright, fresh and herbal on the nose, this has vibrant green apple, lemon and light grassy characters that you might more associate with a fine Sancerre than New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. The palate follows this, with taut acidity bringing fresh, mineral and restrained fruit with hints of lemon verbena and greengage. This finds a perfect harmony, avoiding the often over-exuberant New Zealand styles and the greenness possible from Sauvignon Blancs in the Loire. Fine a crisp, with good length and purity.
