Tasting Notes
Right from the start Sauvignon Blanc has been front-and-center as Creekside’s flagship white grape. We do it up unoaked, oaked, single-vineyard, pan-Peninsula blend, bubbly... just about every which way because we love it. What to Expect? ZING! Intense, pungent lime zest and grapefruit with a whiff of tropical fruit and the somewhat odd notion that somebody somewhere nearby just cut the grass. Stops to spread out and say hello on the palate before resolving into a long citrus finish.
