NO HASSLE RETURNS
We never want our clients to be any less than 100% satisfied with any purchase from WineOnline.ca. Should you be unsatisfied for any reason, the remaining bottles can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 60 days of purchase. We will even come pick them up!
Flat Rate Shipping
- Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday).
- Flat rate shipping fee of $11.95 applies to orders shipping within the GTA, $14.95 outside the GTA. Some remote area postal codes may incur additional shipping charge which will be displayed at checkout.
- We do not ship outside of Canada at this time.
- Free shipping on orders over $299 or 12 bottles.
- We do not offer same day shipping.
- A full list of delivery locations we cover can be found here. If you're outside these regions, your order will be shipping via UPS or Canadapost.
