"Things move really fast with the Michelini brothers, so the wine on for tasting was already the 2015 Terroir Único Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes are harvested from three different Gualtallary vineyards at five different times, from greener to riper grapes, which adds complexity and freshness. It's fermented in stainless steel and bottled without malo and completely unoaked. The nose mixes lime, gooseberry, herbs and crushed rocks, all of it in a subtle way. The palate is vibrant, with fresh acidity and complexity of flavors. It taste like a much more expensive white, the palate showing mineral and citric flavors with high acidity and around 12% alcohol. This made me think of the Sancerre from Vatan. Simply superb."
