Tasting Notes
This one's a greatly structured wine with deep red ruby color with pomegranate at the edge. It has a bouquet of red ripe fruits, especially cherry and bitter cherry, with spicy notes. The taste is full and round with persistent flavors of marmalade, vanilla, coffee and licorice. Aged in 20-hectolitre bay oak barrels for more than 24 months. Excellent with roasted meat and game, grilled meat, seasoned cheese and salami.
