Henry Of Pelham The School House Estate 2019 is a vibrant and elegant, medium-plus-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot red wine blend lush with layers of blueberry, cassis, dark chocolate, dried sweet tobacco, bell pepper and baking spice flavours long and silky on the palate. Yields are kept low to two-to-three tonnes per acre to concentrate the flavours of the remaining grapes. Tannins are grippy. Decant one hour prior to pouring with a juicy ribeye steak from the grill, or cellar for three-to-five years as the wine will continue to evolve in bottle.
