Bottle Per Case : 11 x 750 ml
“The 2007 TOCS was sourced from a single vineyard named Barranc de la Bruixa located outside the town of Poboleda. The blend is 35% Garnacha, 30% Syrah, with the balance Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot aged for 16 months in 20% new French oak. Aromas of wood smoke, mineral, herbs, lavender, black cherry, and blueberry inform the nose of this layered, opulent Priorat. With excellent volume and enough structure to evolve for 1-2 years, this sweetly-fruited, lengthy offering will be at its best from 2013 to 2022.” - Wine Advocate, May 2011

Terres de Vidalba is a family winery located in Poboleda, Spain. This family and personal project started from scratch in 1996. Today, they are 2 generations involved. Their wines are made only with their own farm's grapes, located in Barranc de la Bruixa, where 'llicorella' is predominant.
Llicorella is the Catalan name for the type of soil in Priorat, which consists mainly of reddish-black slate with small particles of mica quartz, the different layers being filled in by clay-like soil.
It's important to remember that taste is subjective, and personal preferences play a significant role.
