Tasting Notes
This wine is made with verdeca grapes, a grape varietal of the itria valley. The vines are 20 years old. It has a straw yellow colour with flecks of green fragrance: elegant and persistent fresh fruit. Dry, fresh, intense, which is typical for that region. Pairs fantastically with fish and soft cheeses.
