"This is the first vintage of Mitans from Nico Rossignol, made with grapes from his uncle's vines. Located on clay soils, it's a parcel that coped well with the torrid conditions of 2018 to produce a wine that is supple, scented and well balanced, unfurling flavours of bramble, raspberry and watermelon on the palate, supported by vanilla spicy 20% new wood. A fine début."
