"These vines are exposed on the hillside, giving them a more robust fruit expression and grippy structure. Candied Marasca cherries flirt with black plums and mocha. Though these are quite young vines at just 30 years of age, the sustained finish suggests that is more than old enough to give this wine ample staying power in the cellar. Give the grosgrain-textured tannins four to five years to be absorbed into the lush, extracted palate."
