Tasting Notes

'"The soil in La Colombière is light and fine - there used to be gardens here, nicely shaded from cold winds by the houses. Beautiful mid purple and the start of a sensual nose, but firm as well in the Confuron-Gindre style. Very succulent ripe raspberry, enlivened by 50% whole bunch which especially freshens up the finish. Tasted: November 2020.
