Tasting Notes
All Vodka was not created equal. Before i fell in love with wine, i enjoyed a lot of Vodka. Some is good, some is not as good. There are large brands, and smaller ones. Vodka you need to mix and Vodka to drink on its own. This is undoubtedly one of the very best Vodka's i have ever tasted. The Vodka is made with winter wheat and is almost soft on the palate. It mixes well, and will add flavour to whatever you are making, but it almost seems a shame as the flavour of the vodka is so darn good. This is perfect on the rocks, or in a martini.

Last Straw Distillery
In 2013, Last Straw Distillery officially established their business during a period when breweries were emerging everywhere. The inspiration to embark on a brewing venture struck them initially. However, upon delving deeper into the possibilities, they recognized a promising opportunity for a distillery instead. Consequently, they swiftly secured the 7th distillery licence in Ontario. Initially situated in Hillsburgh, approximately 30 minutes northeast of Guelph, they relocated to Vaughan on March 1st, 2016.
Despite lacking prior experience in the food and beverage industry, the team harboured a dream and a burning passion to materialize a seemingly wild idea. Fast forward to the present, Last Straw Distillery stands as an acclaimed distillery in Vaughan, having achieved award-winning status.
