Tasting Notes
Warmer than normal temperatures throughout September and into October allowed us to fully ripen all of our Sauvignon Blanc, bringing exotic passion fruit, pineapple, and papaya notes to the boxwood-focused aromatic profile. Even without oak, the wine is richly textured, with a tropical fruit core balanced by a crisp acid backbone for excellent structure.
